We are super excited to have the exceptional Tibor Varga guesting with us at Black Stone in March. He’s only here for 3 days 12th 13th or 14th so these places will go fast!!! Tibor has an animated style covering neo trad, trad, realism and graffiti. There are some flash designs attached or he can design something for you. Please message us or him directly.

We are incredibly excited to announce the opening of our second Studio this March in Burnley.

You can expect to receive the same high quality bespoke designs and first class customer service at the new studio as well as exciting guest artists from all over Europe.

By opening our second location, we are making our services more accessible in the Lancashire area.

After serving 2 years as an apprentice here at Black Stone Tattoo, Kendel is now confidently showcasing here talents at her first tattoo convention this February at Tattoo Freeze - Telford.

With her rapidly expanding client base here at Black Stone Tattoo producing beautifully feminine tattoo designs and ink, Kendel has put together some lovely pieces for sale over the course of the 2 days. You can book in advance or take your chances on the day. We would definitely recommend booking in advance! -

With the high caliber of work that is produced here at Black Stone Tattoo, it is no wonder that The Meatshop Tattoo Studio Barcelona have accepted Simon for a guest spot this April!

At the absolute top of their game, Meatshop have a number of studios throughout Europe  showcasing international artists and the competition is fierce.

Simon is currently taking bookings for his spot which runs from the 23rd April until the 3rd May. 

All designs will be bespoke as always with incredible line work, dot work, geometry and anatomical pieces for sale.

Yet again we have absolutely smashed it at this years Wrexham Tattoo Convention .... Elliot won the tattoo dual for portrait realism, bringing back one hell of a funky trophy, and Simon won first place for best dot work geometric piece and a second for best healed sleeve.

This just goes to show the calibre of work produced here at Black Stone Tattoo... watch out 2019 ... we're thirsty for more!

Wrexham Tattoo Convention 2017

STUDIO WALKS AWAY WITH 4 FIRST PLACE AWARDS

Once again our boys have smashed it. They took the convention by storm and walked away with 3 first places and one second place!!!  Elliott scored First Prize for best large black and grey piece on the Saturday (up against some very stiff competition including the legends, who have been tattooing over 35 years) Simon hit first place with his anatomical dot work piece and Scott won first for his small black and grey realism piece. As if that was not enough Elliott stole second place for best healed piece (full back)

This August studio co-owner Elliott Maxwell competed at the Blackpool Tattoo Convention entering the competition for the best back piece. Elliott stole third place from some of the Uk's best artists and here he is with his prestigious award. The team are already working on their competition pieces for the tattoo convention in Wrexham.
